Returns & Exchanges Policy

Since our events are organized with a limited quota system, participants who have finalized their registration do not have the opportunity to cancel or refund.

However, as Hangout Performance Hall, in order to provide a better customer experience to our customers, our customers who cannot attend the event for any reason can convert their tickets into open tickets, provided that they notify us at least 72 hours before the event start time, and have the same financial value and will be held within 1 year at the latest. We give our customers the right to use it in a different event.
